According to the demand of market, Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd designs and manufactures paddle rotary dryer, which is also named paddle-harrow rotary dryer. The crushing effect enlarges the contact surface of particles, which largely increase the heat transfer rate and vaporization rate. According to the practical test, the unit vaporization capacity per hour of paddle rotary dryer is as much as 25-60kg/m2, which is twice of traditional rotary dryer. Wet materials (50% - 65% moisture) are delivered to the drum for concurrent drying process through screw conveyor. Wet materials are lifted up and down by the internal flights and pushed through three layers in spiraling pattern. The agitator installed inside drum can completely shatter and blend wet materials, which realizes full heat exchange between cool materials and heated air. The dry materials could pass through the drum quickly under the air force.
