Slurry-residue dying machine can quickly dry the slurry-residue with 65% to 75% moisture into product with only 13% water. Coal (or biomass, natural gas, coal gas) is used as main fuel to warm the air as medium. The high temperature air flow will dry different kinds of materials in a short time. Electromagnetic speed adjustment system is used as transmission system, along with the automatic temperature controller. The product will maintain the original color, quality, taste and nutrient contents after being dried.

Material Processing Procedure: The material with about 60% to 75% water will be transmitted into the stirring drum dryer by screw conveyor to be concurrently dried. The material will be raised, spread and then moved helically. It will be fully stirred and scattered by the internal stirring blades, and then warmed up, dehydrated and transmitted out of the drum.

1.The machine can be intelligently controlled and operated with one touch. The operation parameters are automatically adjusted and controlled to keep the machine working with best performance, and ensure the product that after being dried is uniform and stable with fresh color and that no damage to the nutrient contents.
2.The internal stirring blades can fully stir and scatter the material to achieve highest efficiency on heat exchange, and improve the unit producing capacity for more than 50%, and lower the energy consumption for more than 30%.
3.Automatically decontaminate impurities and remove the iron, to prevent impurities entering the later procedures.
4.Four-wheels driven with more stable transmission and better reliability.
5.40% lower space occupation and 20% lower cost on construction investment compared with traditional drum dryer
6.Multiple lifting plate combinations with higher efficiency, can effectively adjust and control the drying process and heat distribution to achieve better heat utilization. The air exhausted has temperature lower than 50 °C
7.Rolling speed, material and hot air supply are automatically controlled, and can be adjusted and controlled according to user’s specifications on moisture and production capacity.
8.Modularized dust collector with better heat recovery configuration is safer and more environmental friendly.
9.Multiple configurations with new energy-saving models of calorifier, which are highly efficient on energy consumption, are easily controlled on power supply and easy to operate. Total energy consumption can be lowered more than 30%, and power consumption can be lowered more than 20% with lower operation cost.
